Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Utilizing the CRM system to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Keeping customers informed about order progress and product inquiries
  • Assisting customers with technical product troubleshooting, aiming for first-contact resolutions
  • Processing customer orders, modifications, and returns in accordance with established protocols
  • Completing project-based tasks as assigned
  • Providing timely updates to the Customer Care Manager regarding service disruptions or customer feedback
Compensation

The Client Support Specialist role offers a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, based on experience.

Candidate Profile

To excel in the role of Client Support Specialist, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating integrity and empathy towards all customers
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A technical mindset with a solid understanding of product functionalities
  • A passion for learning and adapting to new information
  • Clear articulation and the ability to convey information effectively
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting via phone or video calls
  • An interest in health and wellness is advantageous
