About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Mamas & Papas Careers. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team of sales assistants and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Concession Manager to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
  • Lead and develop a team of sales assistants and supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies and initiatives
