About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our new Mamas & Papas concession store in Lisburn, Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8 to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the Mamas & Papas team to ensure seamless integration with our brand and products
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a concession or baby products environmentExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamStrong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and drive business growthExcellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
