Job Summary:

Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our People function and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a creative agency environment, with experience in HR operations, policy development, and business partnering. You will be responsible for:

  • Revamping HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve culture
  • Leading initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Providing HR support and guidance to employees at all levels

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a creative agency environment
  • Proven track record of success in HR operations, policy development, and business partnering
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth through HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
