Custody Support Specialist Role

At Shaw Trust, we are dedicated to providing individuals with a criminal history the chance to rebuild their lives through comprehensive support services both in custody and within the community.

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Custody Support Specialists. In this capacity, you will deliver exceptional support and guidance to participants, assisting them in overcoming obstacles to successful reintegration.

Your role will involve enhancing participants' skill sets, empowering them to discover and secure sustainable employment opportunities.

  • Assist in breaking down barriers to successful resettlement.
  • Enhance participants' skills for employment readiness.
