We are seeking a skilled Bus Mechanic to join our team at First Bus. As a Bus Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including servicing and inspections.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve vehicle performance and efficiency.
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime.
