Job Summary

Active Care Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of clinical services to the highest possible standards of care, meeting the needs of clients and their families.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient service delivery models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Audit and review client documentation to ensure compliance with RWW's standards of practice.
  • Ensure that all CQC requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Support the selection, interviewing, and development of case managers to ensure the right skills and experience mix to meet current and future business needs.

Requirements

  • Previous Case Management experience is desirable.
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or other relevant field.
  • CQSW / DipSW or other relevant Social Care qualification.
  • RGN Nursing Qualification.
  • Degree in Speech & Language Therapy.
