About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time opportunity (35 hours) that offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining office time with home working and visits with case managers and clients.

As a Clinical Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all CQC requirements are met or exceeded. You'll work closely with our team to deliver a bespoke package of rehabilitation and support that meets each client's unique needs, goals, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that cater to individual client needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, RGN Nursing, or Speech & Language Therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
