About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Pebble Mill Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they feel valued, cared for, and part of life in the home.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs.
  • Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.
  • Work as part of a team to monitor residents and report any changes to the nurse or senior care assistant.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
