About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team at Pertemps Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice on our products and services.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
