Job Title: Senior Software Development Manager

Stratospherec Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Manager to lead our software development team in Horsham, West Sussex. Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the software development team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the software development team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our software development processes, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
Requirements:
