An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Learning Disabilities Health Facilitation Nurse Lead to join the East London NHS Foundation Trust.

You will need to be highly motivated, imaginative, and committed to improving health outcomes and challenging barriers to healthcare for this population.
The post holder will be directly responsible for the supervision of the Clinical Support Worker.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
The post holder will be expected to work closely with the Clinical Service Manager and other stakeholders to achieve the goals of the role.
Person Specification
Desirable
- Additional knowledge/experience related to associated or common health conditions, such as epilepsy, diabetes, and mental illness.
- Able to articulate experience of clinical work with clients with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Essential
- 4 years' minimum experience post-qualifying with at least 2 years' experience in the field of community nursing.
- Registered Nurse (Learning Disabilities).
- Experience of clinical work with clients with learning disabilities and/or autism.
- Excellent knowledge of the aetiology and impact of learning disabilities.
