An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Learning Disabilities Health Facilitation Nurse Lead to join the East London NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will be directly responsible for the supervision of the Clinical Support Worker.
About the Role
The East London NHS Foundation Trust actively encourages professional development through the appraisal process and regular supervision.
You will be offered support to develop your nursing skills within an established team.
Key Requirements
- 4 years' minimum experience post-qualifying with at least 2 years' experience in the field of community nursing
- Registered Nurse (Learning Disabilities)
- Experience of clinical work with clients with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Excellent knowledge of the aetiology and impact of learning disabilities
