Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Aspiring Secondary Teacher Program as Secondary Teaching Assistants. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Tower Hamlets, renowned for producing some of the best teachers in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across your desired subject specialism, carrying out 1:1 and group interventions to raise attainment.
- Support students in achieving their academic goals, with a focus on GCSE and A-Level interventions.
- Enroll onto a Salaried Schools Direct opportunity via the Secondary School, starting September 2025.
Requirements:
- Desirable degree from a reputable University in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, or Psychology.
- Good A-Levels and GCSEs across the board.
- Confidence in your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE and A-Level curriculum.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Commitment and ambition to succeed.
