The successful candidate will report to the Group Head of Marketing and will excel at crafting and executing initiatives that engage our target demographic, enhance customer interaction, and drive notable revenue increases. Our guests enjoy a variety of accommodations, from classic caravans to our exclusive Rockstar lodgings, across 27 holiday parks filled with exceptional amenities and exciting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing retail strategies to enhance product visibility and customer interaction within our retail environments.
  • Collaborate with parks to ensure optimal placement and promotion of retail offerings.
  • Analyze retail trends and customer feedback to recommend enhancements and tailor our offerings.
  • Oversee the design and updating of menus to ensure they are visually appealing and aligned with current market trends and customer preferences.
  • Work with parks and operations teams to market activities that foster engagement and promote our products.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and operations, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and strategies.
  • Facilitate regular communication with the marketing team to synchronize promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Review marketing materials, product descriptions, and communications for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all public-facing information complies with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and increasing retail and leisure sales.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to create a unified marketing strategy.

Required Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, preferably with a retail focus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of traditional media and the ability to craft compelling briefs for creative teams.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and ambitious with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative, strategic, and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for people and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • An inquisitive mindset that challenges conventional thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
