About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional/Care Assistant. As a Care Professional, you will provide person-centred care to our clients in the Salisbury area, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional support and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household chores
- Accompany clients on outings and appointments, promoting social interaction and community engagement
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, enhancing their overall well-being
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional client outcomes
