Active Care Group's Care in the Home division is a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients across Devizes.

Our Services:
We support clients with a wide range of conditions, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions, and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.
Our Approach:
We don't just focus on the clinical needs of our clients. We look after the whole person, understanding the impact of complex conditions on their families and friends. Our care extends beyond the individual, providing a holistic approach to support.

What We Need from You:
- Have a genuine interest in providing the best person-centred care possible
- Passionate about allowing clients to exercise choice and control over their own lives as far as they are able in everyday matters as much as possible
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate
- Participate in manual handling procedures as specified for the client if required
