Role Summary:
- Function as an independent clinical expert within a Collaborative Care Team (CCT)
- Deliver psychotherapeutically guided evaluations and interventions to clients
- Facilitate both individual and group art therapy sessions for adults with developmental disabilities
- Provide professional guidance to fellow art therapists within the organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, assess, implement, and review art therapy programs
- Ensure safety and confidentiality to promote effective therapeutic practices
- Advance Art Therapy within the Creative Therapies Department
- Uphold professional standards and adhere to ethical guidelines

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong academic background in art or a related discipline
- Registered Art Therapist/Psychotherapist (HCPC)

- Application of advanced skills in art therapy assessment and evaluation
Desirable Qualifications:
- Additional relevant academic and specialized training
- Membership in the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT)
- Experience in presenting clinical work in professional settings
- Knowledge and practical experience in research methodologies
- Art Therapy experience with diverse client populations in a healthcare context
