We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Rowland House in Surrey. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals, improve their skills, and grow their confidence.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting our clients with daily activities
  • Supporting their care plans to establish routine
  • Ensuring the client feels safe and stable within their day-to-day care
  • Personal Care
  • Administering medication (if required)

What You'll Have:

  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
