Rehabilitation Support Worker

The Rehabilitation Support Worker role is a key position within our organization, requiring a professional with strong clinical leadership skills to manage a team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered within their designated clinical area.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical governance strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to inform clinical practice
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care
- Diploma in nursing or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in caring for acutely unwell patients or elderly care patients in the acute setting
- Knowledge of current clinical and professional issues
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of the principles of managing a team
