Super Groom Wanted for Retired Polo Ponies

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced part-time groom to join our team at Yard and Groom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horse husbandry and stable management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Turn out and stable three retired polo ponies
  • Put on rugs as needed
  • Muck out stables, groom, feed, and clean tack
  • Perform gentle exercise for the horses, including leading and riding
Requirements
  • First-Aid certification
  • Equine First-Aid certification
  • Sole Charge experience
  • Ability to exercise horses
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hacking experience
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a private residence with a relaxed atmosphere, caring for three retired polo ponies.

Benefits

This is a part-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of £14. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately.
