Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our team at DPDgroup. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide professional support to our Hub managers across all sites, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support line managers with Employee Relations cases, including misconduct, disciplinaries, grievances, capability, and performance issues.
- Monitor absence and provide guidance to managers on appropriate action.
- Deliver training to managers on HR-related topics.
- Assist managers in interpreting policies and procedures.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
- Make informed decisions that balance business needs with employee well-being.
Requirements
- CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Strong commercial outlook and continuous improvement philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and display excellent judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and alone.
- Flexibility to support operational demands.
