Avant Homes is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Solicitor to join our in-house legal team. As a Trainee Solicitor, you will work closely with our Group Legal team to gain experience in a variety of housebuilding legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft legal documentation on behalf of the Group Legal department.
- Complete legal agreements in relation to various legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on a wide range of legal topics.
- Ensure the efficient and effective handling of disputes.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues on legal matters.
Requirements
- Relevant law qualification and working towards or having recently completed the LPC.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for a career in law.
- Hardworking, motivated, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Effective research and analytical skills, as well as excellent IT and communication skills.
