Senior Residential Property Solicitor Opportunity

Henderson Scott is seeking a highly experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising juniors, driving the team to new heights.

This is an exciting time for the firm, with a 100% increase in workload over the past 4 months. You will have the opportunity to work on a breadth of cases, including Sale & Purchase of leasehold and freehold, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Help to Buy, and Estate/Probate sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background knowledge in residential property law, with a minimum of 5PQE. You will also have an outgoing personality and the ability to lead in the absence of Partners.
