About the Role:

Elevate Projects Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the neighbourhoods we serve are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other teams, external agencies, and residents to identify and address community concerns and issues.
  • Conduct regular estate inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
  • Investigate breaches of tenancy and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, and community groups.
  • Travel regularly across the region to conduct inspections and meet with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced criminal record check clearance.
  • A vehicle for work purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
