We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Advisor to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a Regional HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert support in a range of employee relations matters, leading settlement negotiations, mediation, and conciliation services, and ensuring legal compliance and maintaining impartiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide expert guidance on diverse employee relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Settlement Negotiations: Lead settlement negotiations, mediation, and conciliation services to resolve employee disputes and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance and maintain impartiality in all HR-related matters, including employment law, health and safety, and data protection.
  • Reporting and Administration: Generate high-quality, legally compliant reports promptly and oversee administrative procedures for effective file management.
  • Business Development: Contribute to securing repeat business and showcasing our services to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • HR Experience: Proven experience in HR, employment law, or a related field, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain impartial and communicate effectively with employees, managers, and clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and provide expert guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to contribute to business development and growth.
