Position Overview

The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) division is in search of a proficient Senior Solutions Consultant specializing in construction to become a part of the APAC Consulting Services team. In this capacity, you will leverage your knowledge of the construction sector and technical acumen to aid clients in effectively deploying design, engineering, and construction solutions.

Reporting to the Consulting Services manager for the ANZ region, you will interact directly with key clients to deliver consulting services that encompass process enhancement, training, and technical support. This hybrid position allows for flexibility in working remotely or onsite at an Autodesk facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy cutting-edge construction solutions for Autodesk's premier clients
  • Evaluate and refine processes and workflows
  • Lead consulting projects and document the value provided
  • Utilize Autodesk product offerings to meet industry demands
  • Customize solutions according to client specifications
  • Advise clients on the effective use of Autodesk products
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement solutions
  • Provide insights for process and product enhancements
  • Assist in project scoping and task estimation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering
  • 5+ years of practical experience in the construction field
  • Familiarity with construction industry processes
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
  • Capability to work with diverse teams and travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Autodesk products
  • Understanding of competitor offerings
  • Experience in implementing workflow processes
