Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Inverness, Scotland. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering large, long-term framework projects in the water sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project delivery, including staff, budgets, safety, and progress for assigned projects.
  • Lead and develop staff, handle recruitment, and mentor junior team members.
  • Professionally engage with client representatives and understand contract conditions.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring targets are met and regulations are complied with.
  • Ensure projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Direct project teams, clarify objectives, and manage roles.
  • Oversee project finances, including profit and loss.
  • Produce project reports and participate in financial and program reviews.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing various civil engineering projects within the water sector.
