Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver personalized care that makes a real difference to their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Help clients with their medication and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support

Requirements
