Job Description

About the Role

A Bid Content Specialist is required to join our growing team at Bidrecruitment, a leading maintenance and high-end decorating firm. The successful candidate will be based out of our office and will work in a hybrid environment, with a focus on supporting and leading on our tender process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Bid and Technical team in supporting and leading on the tender process
  • Develop and maintain excellent IT skills, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Suite
  • Have knowledge of Access and InDesign, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software
  • Be able to juggle tasks and prioritize workload within tight deadlines
  • Have a good command of written English, with the ability to proofread, edit, and re-write bid content
  • Have previous exposure to using online portals (OJEU) and/or other submission methods

Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Suite
