The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting and with SEND pupils, with a strong ability to support children with behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children during lessons and school activities
  • Managing pupils' personalised learning based on their individual needs
  • Providing physical management and care of pupils
  • Delivering 1:1 or small group activities
  • Collecting evidence of children's work to support their assessment
