Exciting Opportunity for an IFA Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IFA administrator to join our team at Heat Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning team.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to our financial planning team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of investment products, including ISAs, pensions, and bonds.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an IFA practice.
  • Knowledge of investment products, including ISAs, pensions, and bonds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
