Labour Analyst Role at Sainsbury's

We're seeking a skilled Labour Analyst to join our dynamic retail operations team at Sainsbury's. As a Labour Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer and colleague experience through effective labour management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of our Labour Model
  • Implement changes and improvements aligned with our Labour Strategy
  • Interrogate and challenge the effectiveness of our labour processes, proposing improvements based on insightful data analysis
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to produce timely period update data and ensure the upkeep of Store Labour setup

Requirements:

  • Highly analytical and solution-oriented individual with a deep understanding of store operations and retail labour processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Kronos Workforce Management Systems and MS Excel, with basic SQL knowledge
