About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at MTrec Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for estimating jobs, working closely with external sales, and booking orders on our internal system.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimating jobs to go onto the system
- Working closely with external sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Booking orders on our internal system to ensure timely and efficient processing
- Creating quotes for customers and clients
- Communicating with customers and clients via email and phone to provide excellent customer service
- Answering queries and production schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Performing general administrative duties to support the sales team
About You
- You will have excellent IT skills and strong numerical skills, with previous administration experience being an advantage
- You will possess strong customer service skills and be a team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
