As a key member of our ambitious analytics team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the organization possesses the necessary data to fuel consistent online traffic growth.
This role offers you the chance to drive continuous enhancements, evolution, and best practices in Subscriber Acquisition across our renowned brands. Ideally, you will be a subject matter expert (SME) in Customer/Subscriber acquisition within an internet-focused organization, possessing a deep understanding of web-derived data to provide essential insights that will support the growth of a new segment of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Subscriptions Team to design and execute targeted customer acquisition campaigns informed by your data analysis insights.
- Analyze the performance of A/B testing on various acquisition strategies with the Subscription Team to pinpoint the most effective approaches.
- Develop predictive models to forecast future churn rates based on historical data and traffic patterns.
- Partner with Product, Editorial, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of acquisition strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Utilize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models to enhance subscription acquisition efforts.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to subscriber acquisition from diverse sources, including website analytics, CRM systems, and marketing initiatives.
Your Profile
- Strong expertise in SQL and proficiency with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing or acquisition analytics.
- Extensive experience and understanding of subscription business models, preferably within the media sector.
