We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity to become part of the expanding End User Experience UK team as a Microsoft 365 (O365) Engineer. In this role, you will support a variety of prestigious clients within the Capgemini portfolio. The position of the O365 / MDM Engineer is innovative and includes a wide array of responsibilities. Key tasks involve managing collaborative platforms and applications, ensuring the maintenance of standard operating environments, utilizing standard support toolsets, adhering to Capgemini protocols, and supervising enterprise systems. As an O365/MDM Engineer, you will be pivotal in guaranteeing the optimal performance, security, and scalability of our Microsoft 365 platform, empowering our organization to fully harness its capabilities for enhanced productivity and collaboration.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from various locations depending on your role, personal needs, and business requirements. Your work environment will be a combination of company offices, client sites, and your home, with the understanding that remote work will not be possible 100% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
The duties of our O365 / MDM Engineers encompass, but are not limited to:
- Conducting performance monitoring, optimization, fault diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and requests.
- Supporting and managing the scheduling of project tasks while collaborating with Project Managers to meet planned deliverables.
- Executing Problem Management tasks in line with ITSM best practices.
- Coordinating incident, problem, and request queues, engaging other team resources as necessary.
- Troubleshooting and providing support for O365 and MDM to meet BAU SLA commitments.

Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a client-focused approach, a meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Strong time management skills are essential. Candidates should possess a working knowledge of the following:
- Google Workspace Incident/Ticket management (Remedy)
- Google Workspace administration (Google Admin Console)
- Microsoft 365 Incident/Ticket management (Remedy)
- Microsoft 365 administration (Microsoft 365 Admin Console)
Security Clearance Requirements
To be considered for this position, obtaining security clearance is mandatory. To achieve SC clearance, the successful candidate must have continuously resided in the United Kingdom for the past five years, along with meeting other criteria and requirements.
During the recruitment process, you will be asked questions regarding your eligibility for security clearance, including but not limited to your country of residence and nationality. Some positions may be restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons, and you may be queried about your citizenship during the application process.
