Embedded Systems Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team at KO2 Embedded Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of innovative instruments and systems that will be used worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bringing complete products to market, be keen to work on a range of challenging development tasks, and be comfortable working within a small team of like-minded engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and test embedded software for a range of microcontrollers and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code comments and user manuals
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the development process
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
- Strong C/C++ programming skills and experience with RTOS or Bare Metal Development
- Knowledge of I2C, CAN, SPI, RS232, RS485, or similar communication protocols
- Experience with microcontroller development, preferably with ARM Cortex or NXP
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
