Marketing Specialist/Lead Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, focusing on specific product lines.
- Manage product launches: Oversee the introduction of new products, ensuring effective marketing support materials and advertising campaigns are in place.
- Collaborate with suppliers: Work closely with suppliers to define and execute product marketing roadmaps across various regions.
- Budget management: Handle the marketing budget efficiently while fostering strong relationships with suppliers.
Brand Development:
- Identify and source compelling stories for marketing materials and digital communications, enhancing employee and brand engagement.
- Engage with trade and local media to boost brand and product visibility.
- Create tailored marketing support materials for diverse markets to effectively communicate our brand positioning.
Promotional Activities:
- Design and assess sales promotions, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, focusing on return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
- A valid driving license and passport.
- A minimum Level 5 qualification in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including photo and video editing tools for social media purposes.
