We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to efficiently manage orders, ensuring timely placement and adherence to our approved supplier network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expedite outstanding orders
  • Accurately input data into the company’s inventory management system
  • Transform received orders into procurement reports
  • Maintain the integrity of the manufacturing database
  • Document client orders within the department
  • Review and authorize all purchase orders in line with established signing authority
  • Assess and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Generate relevant procurement action reports
  • Place inventory orders based on client requests
  • Process non-inventory orders against duly authorized requisitions
  • Distribute supplier schedules as necessary
  • Assist with the Non-Production Purchasing operations
  • Adhere to company standards as outlined in the Quality Assurance Manual and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations and ensure all procedures are followed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement within a fast-paced technical manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with manufacturing protocols for medical device production and distribution, including knowledge of ISO 13485
  • Experience with relevant ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • CIPS certification is a plus
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Positive and reliable demeanor
  • Enthusiastic and goal-oriented approach
  • Proactive and innovative mindset
