nGeneration is seeking a highly skilled Fleet and Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our new 20,000 sq. ft. headquarters and our fleet of vehicles.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our headquarters, including internal and external areas.
    • Ensure the security and safety of our premises.
    • Manage and coordinate building repairs and maintenance.
  • Vehicles Management:
    • Manage and maintain our fleet of vans and cars, including arranging services and MOTs.
    • Handle vehicle breakdowns and arrange repairs.
    • Coordinate vehicle livery and manage vehicle racking.
    • Perform driver checks to ensure safety and compliance.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid UK Manual Driving Licence.
  • Demonstrate a solid knowledge of vehicles, including their mechanics and maintenance requirements.
  • Have a good understanding of building maintenance practices, including basic repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Be proficient in using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for various tasks and projects.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
