This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our headquarters, including internal and external areas.
- Ensure the security and safety of our premises.
- Manage and coordinate building repairs and maintenance.
- Vehicles Management:
- Manage and maintain our fleet of vans and cars, including arranging services and MOTs.
- Handle vehicle breakdowns and arrange repairs.
- Coordinate vehicle livery and manage vehicle racking.
- Perform driver checks to ensure safety and compliance.
- Hold a valid UK Manual Driving Licence.
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of vehicles, including their mechanics and maintenance requirements.
- Have a good understanding of building maintenance practices, including basic repairs and troubleshooting.
- Be proficient in using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for various tasks and projects.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
