About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Practitioner to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Great Yarmouth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children, young people, and their families in achieving their mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and deliver interventions in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Engage with service users and their carers to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Participate in ongoing assessments and reviews of service users' needs and progress
  • Develop and maintain a competence portfolio to demonstrate your skills and knowledge
