Key Responsibilities:

  • In response to growing demand, we have several openings within a newly established team that will allow you to contribute significantly to the SSNA Project.
  • This role offers the chance to transform production methodologies within our facilities, influencing changes and establishing requirements for a new Production Line Operating Model for both existing and new facilities.
  • You will be encouraged to present innovative ideas for Process Improvement while respecting the current operational methods within the production line.
  • Utilizing your expertise to support business cases for operational enhancements will be a key aspect of your role.
  • This position will involve deploying new industrial capabilities and technologies, positioning you as a Future Subject Matter Expert across various business areas.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with facility owners and contractors, while networking and interfacing across functions, will be essential.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • HNC with extensive Engineering/Operations experience or a relevant degree with some Engineering/Operations background.
  • Experience in providing Engineering oversight for major projects, including facility configuration and system/facility health management.
  • Familiarity with facility and site management, as well as process mapping.

The Build & Test (SSNA Infrastructure) Team:
Your new team will comprise experienced, proactive individuals who oversee and lead change initiatives within our organization.
