Position: Lead Engineer - Site Engineering Specialist

Location: Flexible working arrangements available. Compensation: Competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the engineering governance and assurance for Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE), Calibration, and Emergency Response Infrastructure and Systems.
  • Providing frontline engineering support for the aforementioned systems.
  • Implementing Site Asset Management Processes to maintain a reliable asset base across the facility.
  • Creating and validating engineering evaluations to ensure equipment meets its necessary safety functions.
  • Addressing emerging engineering challenges and delivering effective solutions.
  • Managing configuration baselines, ensuring a robust maintenance strategy, and conducting engineering health assessments.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent engineering experience.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with the Nuclear sector and ionizing radiation.
  • Understanding of asset management principles.
