We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Village Pub, part of the esteemed PIG Hotels (Home Grown Hotels) group.

About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Chefs in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a range of dishes to meet the highest culinary standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Support the development of our apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Contribute to the creation of new menu ideas and dishes.
