Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to fill the role of Head of Orthodontics UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our orthodontic business across the UK, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and clinical education to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales and revenue growth in the UK orthodontic market.
  • Lead a team of sales, marketing, and clinical education professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing and education strategies to support our GTM (Go-to-Market) process.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and partners to drive business results and build a strong reputation for Straumann Group.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and clinical education roles, with a strong focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
