We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our hard services operations within our esteemed defence account. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cost-effective and timely delivery of all project obligations and service provisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Project Managers and report to the Account Director.
- Develop strong relationships with client staff and their representatives.
- Prepare an annual business plan and budget for the contract portfolio.
- Carry out regular monthly project reviews.
- Manage sub-contractors effectively.
Requirements
- Natural leadership skills with gravitas and charisma.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to empathise with customers and clients.
