About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our defence account, you will be responsible for overseeing hard services operations and leading a team of project managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Manage project budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and drive through 'win-win' solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
