Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Excellence Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading preparation and hosting for customer and ISO 9001 audits, responding to customer audits, and completing customer questionnaires.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and hosting for customer and ISO 9001 audits.
- Responding and scheduling to customer audits.
- Completing customer questionnaires.
- Leading Purolite's vendor management program, including conducting supplier audits.
- Managing internal audits to monitor compliance of internal operations, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing all action plans needed from all audits, internal, external.
- Setting up internal workshops and communication related to CAPAs action plans.
- Initiating relevant KPIs.
- Managing client complaints.
- Communicating and liaising with customers and sales as necessary.
- Participating in the change control process to ensure changes to processes, systems, equipment, and facilities are appropriately assessed and implemented.
Requirements
- A scientific degree or equivalent.
- Experience in a global regulated environment with a sound understanding of quality system requirements (cGMP and ISO 9001 advantageous).
- Must have software and technical skills, all Microsoft Office applications (Q-Pulse or other electronic QMS software an advantage).
- Internal auditing experience to ISO 9001 requirements (cGMP advantageous).
- Lead auditor training (desirable).
- Experience in hosting customer audits.
- No immigration sponsorship available for this opportunity.
