Position Title:
ERP Systems Analyst
We are looking for a proficient ERP Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team at Line Up Aviation.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing, enhancing, and providing support for our ERP system, ensuring it effectively meets the operational objectives and workflows of the organization.

As a leading aviation component maintenance provider, we operate with a commitment to excellence and innovation across multiple locations.


System Administration:
Manage and uphold the ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and resolving any technical challenges that arise.

Data Management and Security:
Safeguard data integrity and security within the ERP framework.

Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and produce analytical reports to facilitate informed decision-making, utilizing tools such as Power BI to uncover trends and insights.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Engage with various stakeholders to collect and assess business requirements.
Document existing business processes and workflows, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.

Implementation and Enhancement:
Spearhead the rollout of new modules and functionalities to improve the ERP system's efficiency.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Execute system testing and validation to ensure successful implementation.

User Support and Training:
Offer technical assistance to users and create training materials to boost user competency.

Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive user manuals and documentation.

Project Oversight:
Oversee ERP-related initiatives, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals.

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel as necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 3-5 years in a Business Systems Analyst role.

Reporting Expertise:
Proficient in designing and generating reports using Power BI.

Business Acumen:
Strong grasp of business processes and workflows, particularly in manufacturing or related sectors.

Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in SQL and other database management systems.

Project Management Skills:
Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (PMP certification preferred).

Application Development:
Experience in creating additional applications/tools within the ERP system.

Training Skills:
Proven ability to effectively train others.
