Quality Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS) and driving compliance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality system documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
  • Manage group-level documentation and ensure accuracy of specifications within our Fusion system.
  • Investigate customer complaints and provide accurate reports.
  • Collate customer feedback and opinions using a multichannel approach.
  • Analysis of quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain customer portal systems and customer specification databases.
  • Work with Harford data to support complaint responses and highlight trends.
  • Manage QMS change control and participate in Product Specification Change control.
  • Carry out internal audits of the QMS.
Requirements:
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to recognize what motivates others and use this to influence their decisions.
  • Lead and/or support training and education of the QMS across the business.
  • Effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
